Great! We are excited to have you join the MSA Marketplace! You are seconds away from having access to your very own customizable profile which can be shared with some of the top college & professional sports teams in the world. The first thing you need to do is create an account. To do this, select either the Coach, Administrator or the Organization package and follow the click through steps. Be sure to select your Role and your Sport or Administrative Area correctly as that will be a primary method to funnel you to the correct search results. That’s it!

For College & Professional Organizations…you don’t! It is free!

Coaches and Administrators, you will click your package selection and elect to pay either monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime, but please be sure to read our Terms & Conditions as we do not offer refunds. There is a discount for pre-payment for the full year so please consider that when enrolling.

While we have designed the MSA Marketplace for ease of use, we understand that on occasion, you may need some help. In this instance, please email our team at sales@msamarketplace.com and one of our representatives will respond shortly.

For Coaches and Administrators, when your account is past due, a make payment notification filter will be imposed over the database and messaging functions. Your profile will still be found by searching organizations, however, you will not be able to utilize search or message functions. To remove the filter, simply make a payment in your account settings.

You can make payment to your account by selecting your login name in the top right corner of your profile. From there, you will be able to select either the Monthly Payment or the Annual Payment plan option. Enter in your payment information and you are all set! The Account Status filter will be removed upon successful processing of your payment and you will be able to utilize the messaging and database search functions.

The MSA Marketplace will utilize cookies and other information to better design your user experience. The MSA Marketplace will never sell this information, or preferences, to a Third Party. Any information you share related to your profile, user login credentials, or any other sensitive information you provide will never be shared or sold to a Third Party. The MSA Marketplace will not have rights to your intellectual property posted on our platform with the intent to secure career advancement. Members will not have rights to MSA's intellectual property provided to help member's secure career advancement.

The MSA Marketplace's paid membership fees are charged at the beginning of each month for the next month's service following payment. Should you want to cancel your MSA Marketplace membership, please cancel in your profile settings or email us at sales@msamarketplace.com, prior to the next charge being billed. There are no refunds for partial months of service.

The MSA Marketplace is built specifically for uses related to securing career advancement and life planning advice. Any abusive language, posting of adult content, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by the MSA Marketplace staff will not be accepted and are grounds for immediate cancellation of membership without refund. The MSA Marketplace retains the right to refuse service to anyone and may cancel your membership at any time for behavior the MSA Marketplace deems to be outside of the scope needed to secure the professional services provided within our platform.
